How did you / are you losing it? Diet and exercise?

My weight has been a constant up and down for the last 6 years of my life. I have been pregnant over half of that time and the other half I have been nursing. Between those two things, I haven't really had to worry about my weight.
My main weight loss plan after having a baby is to nurse as long as possible and to stop eating all the sweets that I do during pregnancy. With all the kids so far, it has worked out ok.
I also have tried Zumba (which I love) but it is really hard for me to go to a Zumba class, so I bought the Wii Zumba game and was using before I got pregnant this time.
After I have this baby, I am going to put some effort into losing weight. This will be my last baby and I need to get "me" back.
I am looking forward to hearing what all you ladies have done!

May 1- {Toddler learning} How do you teach your toddler? Fun learning activities to share with other moms, etc.

I just had my third baby about 4 weeks ago. I am seriously regretting my sweet cravings during my pregnancy!! Rather, I'm regretting giving in to my sweet cravings :) After my other two pregnancies, I focused on eating a diet loosely based on the Zone diet and exercising, mostly using Crossfit. Now I am more focused on eating a paleolithic style diet and have just started exercising again. I'm so out of shape!!
